Splendors of Egypt - Crisis in the Middle East

History Channel Documentary, In the wake of viewing the news tonight about the emergency in the center east and Egypt, I had a horrendous sinking feeling in my gut about all the valuable Antiquities in their Museums. I have observed each project I have had entry to on all the learning and disclosure channels about anything Egyptian. For a long time I have been attracted to the subject.

For a considerable length of time I have watched the leader of all ancient pieces in Egypt, Dr. Zahi Hawass. He lives and relaxes for his history and that of his nation. I was so dismal to see all the harm and annihilation of such a large number of wonderful things.

History Channel Documentary, The pillagers had a field day and it's an aggregate calamity to see that his own particular individuals don't appear to think about their own rich history and how it has influenced whatever is left of the world. I was extremely happy however, to see that they brought in the armed force to protect the historical center, until this is over. Prior to the armed force arrived, they really had a human chain conformed to the historical center to shield it from any additionally plundering. The marauders pulverized some excellent bits of work of art, a portion of the statues and they even debased a portion of the mummies.

History Channel Documentary, It just boggles my brain that a nation that is so rich in history and myth, and legend and magnificence can pulverize its own Antiquities without even an after thought. I have longed for going to Cairo to see the pyramids and the Egyptian Museum and to go to Thebes to see the sanctuaries and to Memphis and....on and on. Such a variety of spots of such magnificence. To look at the compelling Sphinx, or to really go into one of the numerous tombs in the Valley of the Kings. To see the progression pyramid, or the sanctuary of Amun in Karnak or the Bust of Nefertiti, there are such a variety of spots I have ached to see and now I expect that they will be wrecked and that It will get to be imprudent to go to Egypt any more.

I am trusting and asking that Egypt leaves this soon and that they will have the capacity to again turn into a nation that is pleased with its history and it's legacy of such magnificence and quality. I have no canine in this battle with regards to the political part of this rebellion, and I am trusting that the forces that be, here in the US, will give them a chance to locate their own water level in this circumstance. I acclaim any general public that battles for their flexibility, I simply trust they can do it without the decimation of their own legacy.
